With the COVID-19 Pandemic altering the end of the 2019-2020 school year our hearts go out to all of the seniors whose Graduation plans were put to the ultimate test. While Graduations and the Celebrations surrounding them may look a bit different, we know that with a bit of creativity and flexibility it can be a milestone celebration never to forget! Raeven’s drive by Graduation Parade and Celebratory Family Dinner was the perfect mix of family, friends, puns on quarantine, social distancing and merriment! A modern black and white theme set the stage at Chateau Lill as a well deserving Graduate was honored. Classmates, friends and family celebrated Raeven with a drive by parade complete with favors and a yearbook signing. Following the parade her family was able to come together to celebrate her Graduation from Cedarcrest High School and enjoy an intimate dinner before she heads off to UW for College this fall.

You’re Invited to a Post Pandemic Party!
As we Celebrate the 4th of July, we are mixing in a few other holidays our family missed together during Quarantine. An Easter Egg Hunt, Birthday Cake for Johny, a Toast to all the Mom’s and Dad’s and High School Graduation Wishes to Sarah!
Wow, what an event! Working with a creative team of vendors, we brought to life an ‘Awakening of Spring’ this February at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. As guests arrived for cocktail hour they were surrounded by winter installations of seasonal blooms as they noshed on a Seattle Seafood Market Action Station and a Beecher’s Cheese Station and took turns in the Vanity Booth from Lionize Photo Booth. The signature ‘Walk in the Woods’ drink was a favorite!
With dinner chimes ringing the ballroom doors opened to a room that was beginning to awaken from winter and enter into spring with spring blooms and soft lilac lighting. Tables draped in Ash Swell linens from BBJ Linen and place settings from CORT Party Rental were adorned with tall trees hand-crafted by Delinger & Radovich using silver birch trunks and branches and magnolia blooms as well as another selection of tables topped with low centerpieces featuring a collection of locally grown foliage and flowers.
A three-course dinner was highlighted by entrée choices of Toppenish WA Beef Tenderloin, Local Rock Fish or a Lentil and Cauliflower Risotto.
As our Keynote Speaker took the stage the foyer was being transformed behind the scenes. Soon bright lighting by Crimson Haze greeted guests as they were welcomed back into the foyer which had been transformed into a spring dessert reception. Trees were now blooming and covered in bright blooms to reflect the season. As a parting favor, bottles of Gruet awaited.
A highlight of the evening was at the end of dinner when our Chapter was sworn in as an official Chapter of WIPA! A huge thank you to our rock star board who worked so hard on this event as well as the formation of WIPA Seattle!
In closing we leave you with a few photos from our turn in the Lionize Vanity Booth! A must for all future events!
Inspired by the European Markets and baskets full of flowers we worked with Designs by Courtney and a team of local vendors to pull our vision to life at the always stunning Jardin del Sol for the Snohomish Wedding Tour. Our favorite highlights included a terracotta guestbook plate for guests to sign as they grabbed a terracotta plate full of lavender buds to toss as the Newlyweds kissed post ceremony. The macrame and potted plant chandelier hanging over the head table that featured a lush floral runner complete with artichokes and floral in peaches, pinks and oranges was a feast for the eyes! Enhancing the guest experience is always key and at this event guests could create their own flower crowns or create their own floral bouquets in addition to simply enjoying a long chat around the fire. Follow along as B.Jones Photography captures all of the highlights!
Inspired by the awakening of spring, we teamed up with Gather Design Company on this JM Cellars shoot. Using the soft, delicate bounty of spring, set against the masculine setting at JM Cellars, we were inspired by the soft and bright spring tones and textures. Incorporating the spring colors of mustard, pale yellows, soft peaches and a faint pink it was a new beginning, the start of a love story for the ages. Blooming branches, fluffy ranunculus and a few clean-lined anthurium set the tone for the inspiration. The flowers were layed on top of luxe velvet linens from La Tavola and carefully chosen rental items. The bridal gown, both clean and modern, but also romantic, made this one magical shoot all captured by Blue Rose Photography.
