On August 1, 2021 we found ourselves at Chateau Lill in Woodinville, WA in the midst of one beautiful midsummer garden wedding. A color palette of neutrals in white, cream champagne and greens with pops of blush and a soft lilac. Romantic details were all around!
A highlight of the event was seeing the bride’s vision come to life not only during the ceremony but at the reception too. The bride had dreamed about having one of her favorite Braveheart Songs played live as she walked down the aisle. Windsong Trio made that dream come true which included having a special performance from a Uilleann Pipes player who accompanied Windsong Trio during her ceremony entrance.
Under the reception dinner tent, a ceiling installation made for an eye dropping entrance into dinner. Trailing greenery vines and white and lavender wisteria hung from the tent ceiling making for one incredible setting.
Post ceremony lawn games and soft lounge seating gave guests an opportunity to mix, mingle and play a summer game as tray passed appetizers came around these wild mushroom crostini’s with shaved pecorino and white truffle essence was a favorite.
Vanilla cinnamon crème brulee with macerated berries was served tableside along with wedding cake making for one sweet ending to the dance party! Speaking of the wedding cake we couldn’t get over the stunning soft lilac to soft blush ombre buttercream design accented with a cascade of garden roses.
