Bring on the party hats and sparklers, Charles is 40! Hosted by Charles’ wife in their backyard one could feel the excitement as friends and family reunited for the first-time post pandemic. We worked together to create a PNW inspired masculine bike-themed birthday celebration to play nod to Charles’ love of biking and his wife Sarah’s love of PNW greens.
As Spanish guitarist Julian Catford played, guests arrived and enjoyed signature cocktails and mocktails and appetizers.
Guests sat at farm tables that were set below bistro lights and were adorned by a greenery runner and candles as they were ready to enjoy a gourmet farm to table dinner by Kaspars Catering. Place settings featured a sprig of fern and notecards that invited guests to share a favorite memory with Charles.
The evening was complete with birthday cake, sparklers, and party hats. Glassybaby favors, named appropriately Forever Young, were sent home with adults along with bicycle cookies for the kiddos waiting at home.
