Darci and Eric met at CSU’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Fort Collins as Eric had just finished his internship and while Darci was working as an IT Technician. Eric conveniently kept coming up with computer troubles and eventually asked Darci to go out on their first date, a horse back ride. They were soon hooked and spent countless days together filled with adventures including many fishing trips along their favorite rivers. Fast forward to this Fall, after Eric had proposed at Salish Lodge, they were surrounded by the love of family and friends as Eric and Darci were married at their favorite winery, JM Cellars, on the Autumnal Equinox. They celebrated with wine, amazing food and cake, live music, and a bit of magic in the air. Highlighting the harvest moon and all the circles of life, it was one incredible celebration of love!
