Toby and Sarah’s love story began as Sarah was taking her dog Peanut for a walk. A few chance meetings between walking dogs and finding lost dogs led to their Rainier Club Wedding this past January. With only 2.5 months of planning Sarah and Toby leaned on their wedding planner, BreeAnn Gale of Pink Blossom Events, to pull together a top-notch team of wedding vendors and one elegant wedding! It was all about the details and ensuring the guest experience was forefront. As guests arrived that afternoon at The Rainier Club they were greeted with a signature cocktail and a duo playing upbeat tunes as they made their way up the candlelight stairs to the ceremony. Following the ceremony guests mingled in the Rainier Room which featured a photo booth, live jazz and a not to miss lamb station in the Rainier Room fireplace! Following a plated dinner in the Heritage Room guests moved back into the Rainier Room for dancing, dessert and more fun! BreeAnn Gale is off-the-charts amazing. Our challenge was putting together an elegant black-tie wedding and reception for 160 friends and family in only two months. Choosing a venue, printing invites, menus, place sitting, programs, etc., flowers, dinner, a jazz ensemble, live classic music, a top notch DJ. We relied and BreeAnn and her extensive collection of top-notch vendors to make the entire night magical…..and it was. BreeAnn is an excellent communicator and changes were always carefully considered and implanted into the wedding plan in a complete and seamless way. I cannot recommend her highly enough ~ Toby
