Jason and Emily’s engagement began when Jason proposed to Emily while they were vacationing in Paris. It was a storybook proposal that set the theme for their French inspired wedding at Chateau Lill last August. With a desire for an intimate and relaxed wedding as well as a nod to the French countryside, Jason and Emily worked with their vendors to pull off their dream wedding which incorporated a color palette of sage, cream, warm blush and gold. With the help of Fena Flowers, Jason and Emily added in paths of potted trees to soften the space and worked with Vintage Ambiance to fill the Chateau with hand selected pieces of furniture to create a warm and casual atmosphere. A few of our favorite details include the wood arbor built by the Father of the Bide as well as the salted caramels by Blue Box Bakery adorned with olive sprigs. And not to forget, true to the theme, Emily wore a Parisian wedding dress ensuring no detail was overlooked. Images of their wedding day captured by Azzura Photography.
Wooden signs created by Chalk.Ink.Style, featured custom artwork to match the floral from the couple’s invitations guided guests throughout the day.
Kaspar’s provided on-theme signature cocktails, a Rosemary French 75 & French Old Fashioned, for guests to enjoy post ceremony and into the reception. Later that evening guests were treated to an espresso bar, by Espresso Elegance.
Dear Andrea, Thank you so much for all your help in making all the details of Emily and Jason’s wedding absolutely perfect. One of our friends called it a fairy tale wedding and it really was. Steve even complemented you on how you were always there to help when needed. We really appreciate everything you did to make it a once in a lifetime experience for Emily and Jason. Emily said it exceeded her expectations, and I think a lot of that is due to you. Many thanks from all of us, Sally, Steve, Emily and Jason

As Sirui & Abby shared their first look among the orchard at Chateau Lill
, all of the hassle and bustle of the morning dissipated as they were together. Later that July afternoon guests arrived to a pre-ceremony cocktail hour, featuring a tasting bar showcasing local beer & wine along with tray-passed appetizers by Kaspars
. With the ceremony soon approaching loved ones moved to the upper gardens where vows would be shared. For their ceremony Sirui and Abby, along with their parents, grandparents and officiant, made their way to the center island as their bridal party, friends and family watched from across the pond. Following the ceremony, officiated by the Best Man, guests were treated to a second cocktail hour by the gazebo and upper pond. As the summer sunshine continued, guests partook in lawn games (bocce ball, corn hole & horse shoes) and refreshments. When the dinner hour struck, loved ones made their way to the tent which featured a color palette of muted sage, blush and plum accented by bright blooms and the glow of mercury candles. Wanting an interactive dinner Abby and Sirui choose a variety of food stations and mixed seating alternating between traditional rounds, wine barrels and tall cocktail tables. The rest of the evening was filled with heartfelt toasts, wedding cake, dancing with The Nines and capturing a selfie in the polaroid guestbook station or popping in the photo booth! One of the highlights of the night was a performance on DeLille’s baby grand piano by talented one of their Groomsmen. As the night came to an end Kaspars brought out late-night snacks (sliders & fries and New Orleans-style beignets) before friends and family cheered them on with a sparkler send-off as the Newlyweds drove off in a Tesla.
Andrea was so well organized and we felt so relieved putting our day-of planning in her hands…Andrea was on top of everything… It felt like she was everywhere she needed to be at any given time, I can’t imagine we could have pulled this off without her. Yes, it was probably some of the best money we spent on the wedding. ~ Abby

We love fabulous wedding images and Sierra and Jordan’s Chateau Lill Wedding images from Alexandra Knight Photography did not disappoint! A stunning color palette and floral, paired with the rustic garden venue, made for one beautiful wedding day! As guests arrived for the ceremony the sounds of Yo-Yo Ma filled the gardens which featured wine barrels adorned with lanterns and floral wreaths. After the I Do’s, guests enjoyed cocktail hour by the pond, until the clouds opened in true Seattle style, encouraging guests to proceed to the reception tent by the Chateau. Long guest tables were decorated with long garlands and candles. To pull in the winery, escort cards were secured with a collection of wine corks. Following a full buffet dinner featuring short ribs and mahi mahi, toasts by friends and family, cake-cutting and first dances, guests filled the dance floor as hit the stage. One of our favorite pieces of Sierra and Jordan’s wedding day included their desire to give back; from the blankets for their guests to use throughout the night that were later donated to the homeless to notes letting guests know that in lieu of favors, the couple had donated to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
