Welcome to IslandWood. Molly & Elan’s September Jewish wedding was a highlight of our season.
We are still in awe of Molly’s bridal bouquet. A touch of whimsical elegance and loads of texture. An organic bouquet filled with seasonal flowers in tan, taupe, cream, dusty pinks and a pop of rust was a stunning one!
We’re so glad you’re here! Elan and Molly’s friends and family traveled around the world to celebrate them at IslandWood this past September and what a celebration it was! The afternoon started with cocktails and appetizers on the lawn on one stunning fall day!
Soon guests transitioned from welcome cocktails and appetizers to dinner under the tent. Lavender linens and centerpieces in seasonal flowers of tan, taupe, cream, dusty pinks and a pop of rust were a show stopper. An incredible farm to table dinner followed by toasts followed.
Once the Shabbat ended, Molly & Elan’s IslandWood ceremony began. From the vows to the breaking of the glass it was an unforgettable night! Mazel Tov!
A chuppah covered in trailing vines, blooms in creams, dusty pink and rust all covered with an heirloom tallit passed down from generations ago. A chuppah surrounded by chairs in the round with three separate aisles each with a different purpose. A chuppah that starts the beginning of a beautiful love story!
Following the ceremony guests made their way inside of the Welcome Center for desserts, dancing and the horah! What a night it was to celebrate!
