Danielle & Aaron ~ April 24, 2016

Once in a while life has a beautiful way of bringing people together. Growing up Danielle and I were next door neighbors (yes, I made sure she got to school on time as I was her driver once I got my license!) and it was simply an honor to plan her and Aaron’s The Hollywood Schoolhouse wedding last April!

As far as how Danielle and Aaron met, it took a little nudging from Danielle’s aunt, but one evening, Aaron and Danielle met at a local wine bar where Aaron was listening to his friends’ band The Side Project and Danielle was celebrating landing her first nursing job with her aunt. Fast forward a few years later as that same band, The Side Project, was playing as Danielle and Aaron walked down the aisle. Photos of one unforgettable wedding day by Kristen Honeycutt Photographer! Congratulations Danielle & Aaron!

Just wanted to take a moment since the dust has settled to express how thankful we are for the amazing job you did with our wedding…Thank you for being present and approachable during the planning process. Your positivity and hard work have been so appreciated during the process!… Thank you for all the hard work and attention to detail you put into the day. It was so important that the day felt like us, and you did not disappoint. We had so many of our guests telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that they day felt like us- I am so grateful to you for helping us achieve that. Thank you so much for everything!! ~ Danielle & Aaron

Erin & Buddy ~ March 28, 2015

Having known each other since birth, their families could agree, Erin and Buddy were meant to be! Born in the same naval hospital in Orlando, Florida just a few months apart and with their parents already friends they were together from the start. As the years went on and Erin and her parents left Florida both families stayed in contact and as love would have it, Erin and Buddy grew back together but this time for good! Married on March 28, 2015 at Pan Pacific Hotel Clinton James Photography was on hand to capture the celebration.

Sara & Stephen ~ April 12, 2014

Sara and Stephen met the summer before their sophomore year at the University of Washington and right away became fast friends. After six years of dating and experiencing the highs and lows of life together they took the next step of moving in together and soon after were planning their wedding day.  After setting their wedding date and venue they soon became lost bringing their vision and ideas to life and that’s when Pink Blossom Events stepped in. Having chosen a book themed wedding to incorporate one of their favorite past times and wanting to incorporate Sara’s love of lavender and color we couldn’t wait to get started! Taking into consideration The Rainier Chapter House’s architecture and historic past (it happens to be a replica of George Washington’s Mount Vernon home) as well as the season we set forth on a soft color palette of spring pastels with a vintage yet romantic spin on the biblical theme. Some of our favorite touches that day include mini books fashioned as escort cards, letters as table numbers and a dessert bar filled with cookies made by Sara’s grandma and a gorgeous wedding cake made by the brides Sisters.
